Description
Medium fascia roller for relieving chronic muscular tension throughout the body
Medium fascia roller:
Medium fascia roller: Our established lifestyle and work habits with relatively little movement cause chronic muscle tension in problem areas over the years, which can lead to pain.
There is a lack of regular counter-movement to the movement habits, stretching.
This is where the medium fascia roller comes into play, which is more suitable for experienced users. What is important when exercising with a fascia roller?
- Roll slowly! Much better results in muscle relaxation are achieved when rolling slowly. Fast back and forth rolling serves a different purpose.
- Always roll towards the heart. When rolling, fascia fluid is pressed out of the fascia. This fluid needs to be drained, and it works best when it is already being pushed towards the heart.
- Stay for about 1 minute on the spots that hurt, breathe slowly, and actively support the relaxation of the muscle.
- Be sure to observe the pain threshold! This is very important! If too much pain occurs, the muscles will NOT relax. Better results are achieved when rolling only values of 3-4 on the pain scale. 10 would be a distorted face from pain.
- Once again: Too much pressure creates too much pain. The muscles will not be able to relax. The roller cannot work this way.
- Reduce the pressure on the Pilates roller by supporting with your hands
- It is better to do the rolling exercises regularly over several days than to do a lot in one day.
- It is recommended to roll slowly over the same muscle area 2-3 times before switching to another muscle area.
What do fascia rollers really bring?

- The massage effect is calming and reduces stress hormones.
